The applicable rounding method for Cut Overall Length and Cut Overall Width parameters.

Remarks:
IsActiveOnElement property of ReinforcementSettings FabricRoundingManager has to be true. ApplicableTotalLengthRoundingMethod is meaningless if ReinforcementSettings FabricRoundingManager IsActiveOnElement is false.
