Transaction.GetFailureHandlingOptions

Description:
Returns the current failure handling options.

Remarks:
The returned instance is a copy of the options. If changes are made to the options, the new version can be set back to the transaction by calling the SetFailureHandlingOptions(FailureHandlingOptions) method.
